CeraTech Media has been manufacturing high quality ceramic tumbling media since 1988. Our market is global. We generally sell through distributors, but for customer convenience small orders may be placed using our order form.

CeraTech Media uses special raw materials that produce a higher density ceramic media, which creates greater capability for stock removal in vibratory applications.

CeraTech Media evaluates product quality at all stages of the manufacturing process, including selection of raw materials, mixing, extrusion and forming, and drying and firing.

Our Bickley IISO-jet Car-Bell Kilns are monitored by programmable controllers in order to maintain a consistent, sealed firing temperature. This produces higher quality media. We are the only manufacturer in the United States to use this kiln process.
